The first delivery arrived on 26/02/2022. Unfortunately, the right side panel was damaged during transport. After I sent an email, a replacement panel was delivered today (17/03/2022). I’d also like to highlight that […] the company responded immediately to my email to resolve the issue. That’s what I call customer service!

Fits Perfectly

The shelf is exactly as it should be. It fits with millimetre precision. Both the width and height are spot on, allowing the shelf to align seamlessly with the existing furniture, completing the wall unit. Even the colour […] is nearly a perfect match—you’d have to look very closely to notice any difference.

Delivery was made exactly as scheduled. The logistics company called shortly beforehand to confirm. The parts were excellently packaged, with the box containing the instructions clearly marked to avoid any unnecessary […] searching. The instructions were easy to understand, and assembly went smoothly. Drawer boxes and almost everything else that could be pre-assembled arrived ready to go. Excellent. The fittings, connectors, and drawer slides are of high quality. Once assembled, there’s no nagging feeling that something was missed—no leftover screws or parts. Everything fits perfectly. Edge bands for optional use and even a touch-up paint pen for potential damage during assembly or later use were included. Exemplary!

Installation / Customer Service

It's best to have the wardrobe professionally installed. When assembling it yourself, you might not notice potential defects (e.g., production errors such as incorrect measurements, indentations, etc.). If defects arise […] and you file a written complaint, don’t expect a response from customer service. I contacted them three times via email and never received a reply. It was only after calling that they attempted to resolve my issue. Customer service seems to be overwhelmed.
