Delivery at the agreed time

Once your new furniture is configured, it will only take a short time until shipping. Cabinets (without glass, lacquer, mirror, veneer, or frame fronts, and solid wood) will be shipped within 4-7 weeks for nationwide deliveries (excluding islands). Cabinets with glass, lacquer, mirror, veneer, or frame fronts will be shipped within 6-9 weeks, and solid wood cabinets within 9-12 weeks.

Sliding doors without glass will be shipped within 2-4 weeks, while sliding doors with glass will be shipped within 4-6 weeks. Upholstered furniture will be shipped within 9-12 weeks. Upon shipping, your order will be handed over to the carrier, who will contact you shortly to arrange your preferred delivery date.

These delivery times refer to nationwide deliveries (excluding island deliveries). Deliveries to the German mainland are generally made free of charge to the point of use. This means we will bring your order exactly where you need it with a two-person delivery service. However, a contactless delivery option is also available if desired. We have compiled more information about delivery in the frequently asked questions for you.

Delivery to Germany

For deliveries within Germany, we charge partial shipping costs. 

Order value up to €189.00 = €26.00 shipping
From an order value of €189.01, delivery is free of shipping costs.

Island deliveries are excluded from this. For island deliveries, we calculate the shipping costs individually for you.

Delivery to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg

For deliveries to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, we charge partial shipping costs. 

Order value up to €189.00 = €26.00 shipping
From an order value of €189.01, delivery is free of shipping costs.

Island deliveries are excluded from this. For island deliveries, we calculate the shipping costs individually for you.

Delivery to Austria and Switzerland

Austria:
Order value up to €189.00 = €26.00 shipping
Order value from €189.01 = €109.00 shipping

Switzerland:
Order value up to €189.00 = €26.00 shipping
Order value from €189.01 = €109.00 shipping (including taxes and customs clearance)

Delivery to other countries:

For orders to other countries, we calculate the shipping costs individually for you.

Saturday delivery:

The Saturday delivery is the perfect solution for all working professionals. Your furniture order will be conveniently delivered by a two-person team directly to your desired room in your apartment. Please note that the Saturday delivery in combination with the express delivery may be postponed to the following Saturday. For just €89, you can add the Saturday delivery option at checkout.

Evening Delivery

The two-man delivery takes place between 5 PM and 9 PM. The cost for the optional evening delivery is €89.

Nationwide express delivery

Do you need your new furniture on short notice? No problem. In the shopping cart, you have the option to book our express delivery. The delivery will take place within 21 working days to your desired room. Factory pickup is possible after 10 days. The express surcharge is €129. Please note that upholstered furniture and items with glass, mirrors, veneer, as well as lacquered, framed, and solid wood fronts, as well as island deliveries, are excluded from nationwide express delivery. The delivery time begins upon receipt of your payment.

Collect your bespoke furniture at your preferred date and receive a 5% discount on your order!

Would you like to shorten the delivery route and decide when to receive your new furniture? Furnfab.com.de offers you the opportunity to collect your order directly from our production facility in Rheinbach (postcode 53359), near Bonn. It's easy: simply add the option "Factory Pickup" to your basket at no additional cost. Once your furniture is produced and packaged, you will receive an email from us notifying you that it is ready for collection.

Please call us at the phone number provided in the email to arrange a pickup appointment that suits you. This is available from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During the call, you will also receive all the information regarding the number and size of the packages, so you know how much space you will need in your car.
